Sentinel Meats is locally owned and operated since 2012 by husband and wife team Lloyd & Sue Evans. Providing custom cutting/processing of domestic and game animals, plus on farm slaughter services (certified) for farmers requiring help.. In 2015 we added our retail store specializing in homemade sausage & smoked meats in beef and pork, cured/smoked hams and bacon. All made in house with our own blend of seasonings, filled with flavor, lean meat, low fat, low salt, no by-products and hormone free. A must try - our famous triple garlic sausage made in either pork or beef. Custom orders available for those that have health allergies. Planning an event - wedding, family reunion, celebration of life, any occasion - have a pig roast and leave the work to us! We are committed to quality products and services.
