Johnson's Landing Retreat Center offers affordable retreats for those seeking relaxing time with new friends. We grow most of our food and serve gourmet vegetarian dishes using eggs from our chickens, flour that we grind and veggies picked hours before serving. We always serve fresh fruit starting with Strawberries, Raspberries, Saskatoons, Black and Red Currents, Blueberries and Grapes. We grow squash, garlic, onions, cabbage and many herbs along with lettuce, tomotoes and cucumbers. We have a no-till garden using cardboard and worms. We are developing a land cooperative so that people who work can continue onwards... for it is time for Richard and Angele to retire.
